Restaurant Recovery

Updated: Nov 11, 2020

Since March, things have changed drastically for our industry. We have navigated through various protocols, closings, and now - reopenings. It can be difficult to figure out how to proceed - how to rebuild, how to reopen safely - if you want to reopen at all! On top of that, at the end of the day, we've all still got our businesses to run as well.

While there are a lot of things to think about, know you're not alone in this. We'd like to make your life a little easier with some helpful steps to tackle the big issues, as well as these newer, smaller ones.

In collaboration with the Tennessee Small Business Development Center, we have created a course for owners and operators of restaurants and foodservice businesses. The goal of Restaurant Recovery: How to manage risk, evolve your model, and emerge from a global pandemic safely and profitably - is to help provide the tools and resources needed to pivot in response to the global pandemic.

This 4-week virtual course will include two 1-hour weekly webinars where we will challenge our participants to reevaluate their business, its practices, and plan for a profitable future. Participants will have the opportunity to receive one-on-one coaching, access to experts like attorneys and accountants, and additional tools.

We know these are challenging times, but we are confident in our industry's resilience and flexibility to adapt and adjust accordingly. We've already witnessed it locally and globally!
