Stan is an expert in brand growth, brand turnarounds and risk assessment/mitigation.
Mish has experience in the marketing field and helps to guide participants through the courses as well as working with them one on one to achieve their marketing goals.
Proof launched in [January 2020?] as a bar, test kitchen, and hub/resource space for professionals in the food and beverage industry.
Being so passionate about providing resources and tools for food and beverage professionals, our team felt inspired to shift our focus toward relief programs that would provide efficient strategies and guidelines for food and beverage entrepreneurs to follow for flexibility, strengthened customer relationships, and continued growth beyond the hardships of the pandemic.
Proof’s grand opening turned into a “grand closing” in March of 2020 when the covid-19 pandemic hit and the restaurant business was hit especially hard.
Proof’s programs now extend throughout more than nine states and thirteen counties. We have helped launch and scale over 40 consumer goods products and have assisted over 300 restaurants!
Our physical spaces houses a community of talented food and beverage entrepreneurs who operate out of our shared commissary kitchens. We offer support, mentorship, and a growth opportunity for new businesses based on our extensive industry experience. Our flagship location is in Chattanooga, TN with locations coming soon in Lebanon, TN and Greenbay, WI.
Proof partners with business development centers to offer programs that are intended to advance food and beverage entrepreneurs and their companies. These programs are held virtually and offer resources, important information, tools, and personalized coaching to deliver value to those operating in the food and beverage industry.
