The COVID-19 pandemic created many challenges for those operating in the food and beverage industry, with staffing difficulties and management challenges at the top of the list. The Leadership and Workforce Development program, powered by Proof, is an 8-week virtual course for food and beverage industry owners and operators to develop their skills and management strategies and to build and lead a dynamic workforce.
The course provides practical and actionable activities, lessons, and homework along with one-on-one coaching to help these owners and operators learn about key areas of management including financial management, guest loyalty and experience, administrative skills, operational management, crisis management, staffing strategies, and workforce development.
