Developed in collaboration with the Tennessee Small Business Development Center, we have created a 4-week virtual course for owners and operators of restaurants and food service businesses to provide the tools and resources to adjust your business model in response to the global pandemic and your customer's changing needs and expectations. Learn how to think strategically and define the values that will guide you safely through this unique season for our industry and even find your opportunities for growth and innovation. This class includes two 1.5-hour weekly webinars and will be taught in cohorts as long as demand continues. The course is free through your local SBA office and each participant will have the opportunity to receive one-on-one coaching, access to industry and subject-matter experts like attorneys and accountants, along with additional tools and resources to navigate the road forward.

Our Consumer Goods Accelerator, presented by CO.LAB, is an annual 10-week program for food and beverage brands looking to scale their business, reach more customers, and expand capacity. The program features weekly group courses covering topics such as distribution, marketing, strategy, and capital raises. It also includes weekly individual coaching sessions with industry mentors focused on the company's specific needs and goals. It culminates with a pitch night for industry professionals, investors, and community members during the annual Startup Week CHA.
