Adey is an establishment dedicated to serving, nourishing, filling, and making your heart smile deliciously.
Authentically Ethiopian and Ethiopian inspired dishes made with love and care. We use fresh produce, as locally sourced as possible, high-quality Ethiopian ingredients, and take time to craft special seasonal dishes keeping our menu fresh and updated.
Adey means "my mother" in the Tigrinya language. Cooking is taught down one generation to the next through the matriarchal line. We want to give gratitude and credit to our ancestral mothers and our own mom for passing on the tradition to us, so we can share it with you all. Adey is also a symbolic yellow flower that signifies new beginnings and spring in Ethiopia.
To-Go not available during pop-ups, but we are accepting limited pre-orders for pick up on the day of. Must be placed before 4pm.
Adey is popping up at Proof every Friday & Saturday throughout March!
